She is already building an excellent foundation for a successful career in hairdressing, combining her formal training with full time experience in the salon. ### Training And Experience By working in the salon every day, Ruby is gaining valuable hands on experience in a real professional environment while continuing to learn through academy training and in salon education. This gives her the chance to keep building her confidence, refine her technical ability and develop the kind of calm, capable approach that clients really value. ### Her Approach With Clients Ruby is warm, friendly and genuinely passionate about making people feel welcome and looked after. She understands that a salon visit is about more than just hair, it is about feeling comfortable, listened to and confident in the person looking after you. She brings a thoughtful and professional attitude to every appointment and is committed to giving each client a positive experience from start to finish. ### Looking Ahead With her NVQ Level 2 qualification nearly complete and NVQ Level 3 ahead of her, Ruby is entering an exciting stage in her career.
