Duration & Appointment Timing
Allow around 120 minutes for mid-length hair. Very thick or dense hair may require a little extra time.
The process involves careful blow-drying and heat sealing to lock in the result. Your stylist will advise on washing, tying and styling during the initial settling period.

Aftercare & Maintenance
Use sulphate-free and sodium chloride-free shampoo and conditioner to keep the smoothing effect performing at its best.
Protect hair from salt water and chlorine. Wet hair with fresh water first, apply a leave-in protector, then rinse well after swimming.
Always use heat protection. Rough-dry to 80 percent, then smooth through with a brush if you prefer a sleek finish.
Sleep on a silk or satin pillowcase to minimise friction. Book your top-up when you notice more frizz returning, typically around the three-month mark depending on hair and routine.
