I am the founder of the salon that was established back in 2017, the umbrella for others to join me and build a fantastic team of enthusiastic artists.

I am the salons Creative artist, I started off my career in 2016 with my NVQ level 2 in Hairdressing and have been with The Hair Gallery since it first launched back in 2017 where I went on to develop my skills and gained my level 3 qualification.

I started in March 2023, where I moved over from Stylers in Dover. I absolutely love my choice of move to this amazing salon and working with such an incredibly talented team.

I started in June 2021, where I moved over from Rush in Canterbury and now make a much nicer commute to work living in Deal myself, I absolutely love my choice of move to this beautiful salon and being with my co-team members.

I have been hairdressing for many years and have such fun meeting new guests every day along with looking after my regulars. I would say my passion and speciality is lived-in colour. I love creating luxury, natural colours that offer longevity.

Ruby is a talented Future Artist at The Hair Gallery, currently completing her NVQ Level 2 and preparing to progress on to NVQ Level 3. Working full time in the salon alongside her training, she is building strong experience in day to day salon life while developing the confidence, professionalism and technical skills that help clients feel completely at ease in her chair.

I’m Katie the cutting director at The Hair Gallery. I started my journey at the age of 14 where I was a Saturday girl training at Toni and Guy, I soon realised this was for me and fell in love with the trade, I absolutely love it even now 26 years later, it’s all I’ve ever known, I trained and worked at Toni and Guy for 22 years where I learnt my skill and attended cutting courses as I specialise in only cutting, I decided to join The Hair Gallery being closer to where I live with an amazing bunch of knowledgeable stylists around me.

Meet Matthew (Mateusz), our new Senior Colour Technician and Advanced Stylist. With experience gained working in London and now based in Kent, Matthew is known for next level colour work, expert cutting, and professional hair extension services. Expect beautiful blends, confident transformations, and a calm, detailed approach from consultation to finish.

I am the beauty therapist within The Hair Gallery. Here we have our very own relaxation room. Find me on instagram @the_relaxationroom_hairgallery The relaxation room has recently been renovated in a neutral colour palette with a Spa meets cosy vibe.

Hi, I’m Maci, a Graduate Stylist at the salon. I have built a strong foundation through my Level 2 qualification, along with great guidance and support from my mentor and salon owner, which has helped me grow in confidence and technique behind the chair.

Kelsey is a passionate apprentice hairdresser, currently studying for her NVQ Level 2 while gaining hands-on salon experience with the team.

I’m Cheryl-lynne the aesthetic injector/practitioner within the salon. I set my clinic up in The Hair Gallery and became part of the team in 2018. I moved from Beverly Hills in California to Deal in 2017. My profession alongside my aesthetics career is a registered dental hygienist in which I still retain here in the UK.
