If you have previous permanent colour or box dye, we will assess your hair and may recommend staged lifting to protect condition. We always balance your target shade with the health of your hair.

Duration & Appointment Timing

Application typically takes 45 to 60 minutes. Processing is monitored closely, followed by rinse, Olaplex treatment as needed, and a bespoke toner. Timing can vary based on your hair’s starting depth and density.

Please add a cut or blow-dry if you would like a full finish. We will confirm timings when you book so you are never rushed.

Aftercare & Maintenance

Use a sulphate-free shampoo, a hydrating conditioner and a weekly bond-builder to keep strength and softness. Always use heat protection and lower heat settings.

To keep brassiness at bay, use a violet or blue shampoo sparingly once a week. Book toner refreshes every 6 to 8 weeks for clarity and shine, and plan regrowth lightening every 8 to 12 weeks depending on your preference and hair growth.
