Duration & Appointment Timing
Your hands-on massage time is 60 minutes. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and complete a short consultation so we can start on time.
If you would like extra focus on the scalp or feet, tell your therapist at the start and we will adjust the session within the booked time.
Aftercare & Maintenance
Drink water, rest and allow your body to absorb the benefits. Avoid heavy exercise and alcohol for the rest of the day. Gentle stretching, a warm bath and an early night will extend the results.
For ongoing stress or tightness, book every three to four weeks. If you are building a routine, start fortnightly, then move to maintenance as your body responds.
