Kelsey is a dedicated apprentice hairdresser who is currently working towards her NVQ Level 2 qualification in Hairdressing. She splits her time between college based learning and on the job training in the salon, where she is building strong foundations in professional hairdressing practice.

Working closely with the rest of the team, Kelsey is gaining valuable experience in client care, consultations, preparation, and supporting stylists throughout the day. Her time in the salon allows her to apply what she learns at college in a real working environment, helping her develop confidence, practical skills, and an understanding of what it takes to deliver a great client experience.
Kelsey is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and committed to progressing within the industry. As she continues her training, she is focused on developing her technical skills while learning from the knowledge and experience of the wider team.
